Shipping Policy

We ship orders to Worldwide.
We cannot ship to APO and FPO address.
We cannot ship to PO Box adress for Expedited Shipping.
All items are manufactured and shipped direct from Thailand.
We accept payment from Paypal and Google Checkout.
In Stock Items will be shipped on the same day of receiving order or the following working day
Made to Order Items (MTO) require 1-6 weeks for production based on the manufacturer.
The below is an estimation of production time from each manufacturer.
- Twins Special - approximately 4-6 weeks (normally 5 weeks)
- Windy - approximately 3-5 weeks (normally 4 weeks)
- Top King - approximately 3-5 weeks (normally 4 weeks)
- Fairtex - approximately 3-5 weeks (normally 4 weeks)
- Raja - approximately 2-4 weeks (normally 3 weeks)
- Boon - approximately 2-3 weeks (normally 2 weeks)
- Thaismai - approximately 1-2 weeks (normally 1 week)
- Human Fight - approximately 1-2 weeks (normally 1 week)
- Nationman - approximately 1-2 weeks (normally 1 week)

Shipping Rate

Our Shipping Price based on the weight of the order. The shipping rate per kg will be lower when the order weight is higher
Our Shipping Price based on the shipping destination. You can check the shipping price at our shopping cart system.

Return Policy

We will charge you a shipping fee again for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the shipping fee again since the shipping company will charge us again to ship the item.
If you are not satisfied with our products or services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail.
Please note that each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all the shipping charges if we ship the wrong or defective items.

Duties and Taxes Policy

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes fee from the customer destination countries.
The customs regulations on import duties and taxes are different for each country. From our experiences, the duties and taxes will be very strict for South American Countries. Please check the customs rules and regulations in your country for further details.
